All items are custom-made and crafted with care. Please allow 4-12 weeks for delivery from the date of purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification with tracking information.
We aim to deliver each product in perfect condition. If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately upon receiving it at contact@glvssic.com.
Given our no-refund policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items. Certain types of items may also be ineligible for return under any circumstances, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items.
For customers within the European Union, you retain the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, as per EU regulations. Note that this exception applies only to merchandise shipped into the EU and requires the item to be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
